ONE Debuts in 2025 in the Solar Energy Segment

Meet ONE, the Colibri Capital Group subsidiary that connects Chinese suppliers and Brazilian integrators of photovoltaic solutions

In June 2025, the Colibri Capital Group announced the launch of ONE, a new business unit for representation of solar energy equipment in Brazil.

Focusing on high-efficiency photovoltaic solutions, ONE will act as a strategic bridge between international suppliers and local integrators, ensuring the distribution of cutting-edge panels, inverters, and monitoring systems throughout the country.

According to Carlos Eduardo Barros, president of Colibri Capital Group, ONE emerges from the consolidation of a relationship spanning more than two years with Chinese partners in the solar sector.

“ONE represents the consolidation of a relationship of more than two years between Colibri Capital Group’s solar energy division and Chinese companies. This relationship with China opened the opportunity to represent companies that will use our ecosystem to expand their business”, says Barros, highlighting the importance of logistical and technological synergies.

For César Ribeiro, president of ONE, the photovoltaic solar energy market faces regulatory challenges that require constant adaptation from investors and integrators. “The energy sector faces significant regulatory challenges, especially in defining new generation guidelines, which has created expectation and attention from investors and integrators, but also generated opportunities. ONE arrives with the commitment to connect international high-tech suppliers to the Brazilian market, bringing innovative, competitive solutions with the local support that the sector demands ” explains Ribeiro.

ONE Operates throughout the Entire Solar Project Cycle

The launch of ONE is aligned with the global energy transition, which prioritizes the adoption of renewable sources, reduction of CO₂ emissions, and operational efficiency. By representing renowned international brands, ONE contributes to strengthening Brazil’s solar matrix, enhancing the competitiveness of residential, commercial, and large-scale projects. The subsidiary will operate throughout the entire sales cycle, from technical pre-sales to after-sales and O&M (Operation and Maintenance) support.

Business Beyond Borders

Beyond commercial intermediation, ONE will offer a strategic platform for integrators, with access to technical training, product certifications, and differentiated commercial conditions. “ONE delivers legal security and commercial support, ensuring compliance with agreements and offering technical support in all phases of projects. The model goes beyond simple representation: it’s a strategic platform that translates business cultures and adapts global solutions to the Brazilian reality,” reinforces Ribeiro.

ONE’s leadership team consists of professionals with extensive experience in the sector. Jonas Becker leads new business initiatives, identifying market opportunities and strategic partnerships. Filipe Melo, technical and commercial head, is responsible for ensuring technical excellence and the adoption of best practices in installation and maintenance, strengthening relationships with integrators and end customers.
